Bear Damascus trapper part 3

The first part I did, not shown was apply a new 1/8” solid carbide drillto the blade and spring, making them capable of taking the 1/8” dia barrel pivot and handle hardware I bought, and also more common 1/8” pins, making the whole assembly much easier.

Soldering bolsters on… I remeber why I hate this process(soldering Anything, not just bolsters)… But amazingly this time it came off without a hitch!
