Love these boots, they wear like hikers/work boots; lightweight and supportive, flexible where it counts. But with 400 grams of Thinsulate are warm to -40f (not hot, but comfortable— are still Hot at -25f, but regulate well, and are comfortable at the 35 to 50 above 0 its been lately.) and have great snow and ice grip. Been wearing them most of the winter.
Found out this week how waterproof these are, after standing and walking in 4″ to 6″ of frigid ice water/runoff over the ankle/over the lower foot and laces, for ~10 min at a time, and having bone dry, warm feet, I like them even more than I did before(and I loved them a Lot before 😉 )!
